March 7 to 9, 2008.
When you think about the Central Coast Country Music Festival, quality country music and quality country music artists come to mind. Arriving from New South Wales and interstate, these artists will convene in the Central Coast, NSW, for a festival of great country music.

The festival itself, which is expected to draw about 38,000 visitors,
features 40 country music artists and runs for two days, from March 7 to 9,
2008.

Artist Melinda Schneider will perform, and others such as the Wolverines,
Col Elliott, Camille Te Nahu, Stuie French, and Aleyce Simmonds. These are
the ones confirmed to date.

The focus area of the Central Coast Country Music Festival is the Memorial
Park on The Entrance, a city 6 kilometers north of Bateau Bay, a suburb of
the Central Coast region.  It is an outdoor venue perfect for the occasion.
Located in the Wyong Shire local government area, the venues also include
not only Bateau Bay and The Entrance, but also Shelly Beach, Long Jetty,
Tumbi Umbi, and Wyong Toukley.

To be featured in the festival are the Market Stalls, Central Coast Ute
Show, Children's Rides, Double Decker Country Music Bus Tours and Lake
Cruises, and the Poets Breakfast
