Three of the dishes: an entrée of mainly vegetables, a dish of scampi and a plate of sashimi were all beautifully presented.  All of the dishes tasted superb, but the dish that stood out most to me was the sashimi platter, mainly because it was distinctive in style and taste.  These pieces had a smooth, creamy texture with a rich taste leaving a lasting impression on the
pallet, unique to any other sashimi in Sydney.

“CHEF RAITA NODA HAS ALWAYS FOCUSED ON HIS CUSTOMERS TO CREATE A UNIQUE
TASTE, WANTING IT TO BE DIFFERENT FROM THE TRADITIONAL JAPANESE STYLE”

The entrée selection of vegetables had a fresh and vibrant taste while the dish of scampi contrasted to both dishes being an intense mix of chilli and black beans. These two dishes show the unique taste Chef Raita Noda has created, which are constantly changing as he looks for new and exciting dishes to capture the imagination of his customers.

The food melts in your mouth as you admire the high concept décor and a stunning design combining complex palates of colour, shape and form.  From the room you notice the spectacular backdrop of the Opera House and Darling Harbour, a perfect setting for this sensational seafood.
