want to coast through the city's historic neighborhoods, see the harbor, and

A cycling tour

30 other attractions on a bike.
The four-hour Sydney classic tour, at $89 for adults, brings you to the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Hyde Park, the Anzac War Memorial, Chinatown, Sydney Tower, Parliament House, Queen Victoria Building, Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Art Gallery of NSW, among others. You also get to visit a pub halfway through the tour. The two-and-a-half-hour Sydney Highlights Tour, which costs $89 for adults, starts at 2:15 p.m. The itinerary takes you through the important sites of Sydney, and you'll get to see the harbor views are you coast through the Circle Quay, the piers at Walsh Bay, the Darling Harbour, the Hyde Park, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. It's a quick and easy way to get a feel of the city. The five-hour Sydney Harbour Bridge Ride, at $129, allows you to enjoy the amazing view and serenity of Sydney's North Shore. The tour starts at the Rocks district and brings you across the bridge. The Kirribilli and the Governor's House are also part of the itinerary, as are the Luna Park and the breathtaking Lavender Bay. The trip back at the bridge, and you'll get to have lunch and visit Sydney's historical and cultural sites. This package includes a guide, beverage, a state-of-the-art bike and helmet. The Manly Beach and Sunset Cruise Tour, which takes four hours and costs $129, is more suitable for the advanced cyclist. The tour starts at 2:15 pm at the Manly Beach, where you'll get to appreciate the view fo Sydney Harbour and the city's skyline. A ferry ride takes you to North Head, and you might even catch a glimpse of endangered little penguins or migrating humpback whales. It ends with a to-die-for view of the Sydney sunset at the Opera House. As with other cycling tours, remember to wear protective clothing and a lot of sunscreen.
